Our inspiration began with the house itself—a Nordic-style A-frame nestled among woodsy trees, designed with clean lines, open space, and natural materials. It’s a style that reflects the Scandinavian ethos: functional, beautiful, and deeply connected to nature. But the story runs deeper than design. We have Swedish roots, and through our family, we’ve come to appreciate the quiet beauty of Swedish culture—its respect for nature, craftsmanship, and the comfort found in simple quiet moments. Lagom is a Swedish word for "just the right amount", not too much, not too little. Lagom quickly became more than a word. It became the guiding vision for our home.
